The Los Angeles Rams have placed CB Jalen Ramsey and TE Tyler Higbee will not play against the Arizona Cardinals after going on the COVID-19 reserve list, confirmed by league source, Adam Schefter.
As most know, the opposing wife out to Ramsey would have been DeAndre Hopkins who is considered a top five receiver in the league. The Rams will likely play to contain Hopkins which could leave some holes for Kyler Murray and the Arizona offense.
Tyler Higbee is out tonight as well which isn’t going to have the same impact as Ramsey has on the defensive side, but it’s still another man down for the Rams offense that has struggled against better opposing defenses.
The game is tonight and it should be a big challenge for LA to handle the top team in the NFL in the Arizona Cardinals, but it should be interesting to see how one of the leagues best defenses plays without one of their best players.
