Anthony Davis Likely to Decline Player Option, Re-Sign With the Lakers

Although nothing is official, Shams Charania has reported that Anthony Davis plans to re-sign a large contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. This comes as no surprise to anyone as Davis hopes to build a dynasty with LeBron James.

The Lakers may need a bit of re-tooling, however, as many of their players are going to be free agents.

Rajon Rondo, Dwight Howard, Markieff Morris, KCP, Avery bradley, and possibly Javale Mcgee are all set to be free agents next season. We will see how Davis and James can play out the rest of LeBron’s contract.
