Harrison Barnes Leads Sacramento Past New Orleans
The Sacramento Kings have taken down the New Orleans Pelicans 112-106. Despite playing, both teams are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. Both teams are now 30-41, with one final game to play in the bubble.
The Kings were led by forward, Harrison Barnes, who put up 25 points, and added another 8 rebounds. The Kings lined-up was well rounded in, in terms of scoring, Bogdan Bogdanovic had a solid game, dropping 16 points, grabbing 6 rebounds and adding another 7 assists. Sacramento had 6 players putting double digits.
Harry Giles III, who came off the bench, added another 12 points, and hauled in 11 rebounds. He helped the Kings our rebound the Pelicans 45-34. Starting point guard De’Aaron Fox, did not play, which gave Corey Joseph the chance to start.

The New Orleans Pelicans saw Lonzo Ball and a pretty good scoring day. The point guard had 16 points going 5-9, and 4-6 from deep. Center Jahlil Okafor came off the bench, and went 9-11 from the floor, with 21 points. Frank Jackson, the backup point guard, also had a very solid night with 18 points.
Guard Josh Hart did not have a great nice offensively but he did add 10 rebounds. Forward Zion Williamson sat once again as the Pelicans monitor his minutes due to injuries.

Sacramento has one final game vs. Los Angeles. The Lakers have already clinched the Western Conference’s 1st-seas, and will likely rest most of the starters. The Pelicans will play the Orlando Magic on Thursday. The Magic also have clinched a playoff spot, so look out for many starters taking the game off.
