Formula 1 Standings After Week 4
Today was the British Grand Prix at Silverstone circuit. Lewis Hamilton took the win after starting in pole position breaking the record of most wins at a home track.
This was the fourth week in the 2020 Formula 1 season and the standings are now as follows.
Reigning champion Lewis Hamilton is still at the top of the leaderboard with 88 points, 3 wins and 3 podiums. His Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas is in 2nd position for the championship with 58 points, 1 win and 3 podiums.
In 3rd position is Red Bull Racing driver Max Verstappen with 52 points and 3 podiums.
In 4th is Lando Norris with 36 points and 1 podium. Last season he finished in 11th position with 49 points.
Charles Leclerc sits at 5th with 33 points and 2 podiums. He is followed by Alex Albon who has 26 points.
Following Albon is Sergio Pérez with 22 points. Pérez did nor race today after testing positive for COVID-19 on Thursday.
In 8th position is Pérez’ Racing Point Teammate Lance Stroll with 20 points. He is tied with 9th position Daniel Ricciardo.
Finishing out the top 10 is Carlos Sainz Jr. who has 15 points.
Esteban Ocon is in 11th with 12. He is tied with Pierre Gasly who sits at 12th.

Sebastian Vettel is in 13th position with 10 points. He is followed by Antonio Giovinazzi with 2 points and Daniil Kyvat with 1 points.
Kevin Magnussen is in 16th with 1 point.
Kimi Räikkönen is in 17th, Nicholas Latifi in 18th, George Russell is in 19th followed by Romain Grosjean in 20th. They all have 0 points. Pérez’ replacement Nico Hülkenberg is in 21st with 0 points.
Mercedes sit at the top of the constructors standings with 146 points, they are followed by Red Bull with 78 and McLaren with 51.
Ferrari are 4th with 43 points and Racing Point are 5th with 42. Renault sit at 6th with 32 points and AlphaTauri are 7th with 13 points.
Alfa Romeo are 8th with 2 points and Haas are 9th with 1 point.
At the bottom of the standings are Williams with 0 points.
