15 former Redskins employees claim they were sexually harassed
15 women all former employees of the Washington Redskins have alleged sexual harassment during their time of working there by former scouts and people close to owner Daniel Snyder per Washington Post.
These allegations range all the way from 2006 to up to as recent as 2019. There have been three men who are currently being accused and that’s former radio announcer Larry Michael, former director of pro personnel Alex Santos, and former assistant of pro personnel who all have already been fired. The allegations fall into two categories comments of sexual nature along with exhortations to wear revealing clothing and flirt with clients to close sales deals.
None of the women have accused Snyder or former team president Bruce Allen of the allegations but they were skeptical that the men were unaware of the behavior they allege. This bombshell of news comes out just days after Washington was supposed to reveal the team’s new nickname as they were set to retire the name Redskins.
