Game Review: 2019 NBA Finals Game 2.

Game 2 of the 2019 NBA Finals was on June 2nd 2019. It took place at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

Steph Curry started for the Warriors and he played 40 minutes. He shot 35.3% from the field making 6 of his 17 attempts from the field, he shot 3-10 from downtown. He grabbed 3 total rebounds, got 4 assists and 3 steals. He scored 23 points. Klay Thompson played 32 minutes, he scored 25 points on 58.8% shooting from the field and 66.7% from beyond the arc. He also shot 50% from the free throw line. He grabbed 5 defensive rebounds, dished out 5 assists and got 1 steal. Demarcus Cousins played 27 minutes, he shot 3-8 from the field and scored 11 points, he grabbed a team high 10 boards, dished out 6 assists and blocked 2 shots.

Kawhi Leonard played 38 minutes and shot 40% from the field making 8 shots, 2 from downtown. He shot 100% from the free throw line making all 16 attempts. He scored a game high 34 points and grabbed a game high 14 boards, he dished out 3 assists, got 1 steal and 1 block. Pascal Siakam had a team high 40 minuts of game time, in which he scored 12 points on 5-18 shooting from the field, he shot 2-4 from the line. He grabbed 8 rebounds and got 5 assists. Fred VanVleet came off the bench again for the Raptors, he played 38 minutes and shot 7-17 from the field, 2-8 form 3-point range and 1-1 from the line. He scored 17 points, got a team high 3 steals, grabbed 4 rebounds and got 2 assists.

When the final buzzer sounded the Warriors took the win in game 2 with a final score of 104-109. The series was tied 1-1 at this point.
