Jamal Adams’ List of Preferred Destinations
In what was already a sad day for Jets fans, recent rumours have arised about a list of preferred destinations for Jamal Adams to be traded to. There is nothing guarenteed, however, as GM Joe Douglas has not yet granted Adams’ request, but these are the 7 teams he would like to be traded to.
Baltimore Ravens: Obviously already a favourite in the AFC, Adams would bring an additional playmaker to a strong defense, and potentially make them the Super Bowl favorites.

Dallas Cowboys: They have been involved in Jamal Adams trade rumours for a few years now, and certainly could benefit from secondary help and another explosive player on their defense.

Houston Texans: The Texans have been very active this offseason, and potentially acquiring Adams could give fans a better outlook going into next year. They have had a below average defense the past few seasons.

Kansas City Chiefs: The Chiefs are already loaded on both sides of the ball, but a major defensive acquisition wouldn’t hurt. Expect them to be heavy 2021 favorites if this move happens.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles are very interesting, as they could be contenders again if they stay healthy this season. Adams could replace Malcolm Jenkins pretty nicely in their secondary.

San Francisco 49ers: If this were to occur, this defense would be among the best ever. Already super talented, and with a mix of young guys and veterans, this would certainly be an all-time level defense.

Seattle Seahawks: The Seahawks have been too reliant on Russ for quite a few years, so acquiring a defensive star would be huge. Their secondary needs the upgrade the most out of these teams.

I do not necessarily think he will be traded with the Jets still having two years of control, but if he were to be, I see the Cowboys or Chiefs being the most likely options. Those are the two teams with the most to offer on the offensive side of the ball, where the Jets truly need the most work.
