NBA Sets Date for Transaction Window
Thus far, the NBA has handled the COVID-19 pandemic fairly well. Not only have they found a way to bring back the season somewhat safely, they have now been able to set a “transaction window.”
Starting around June 22nd, all 30 NBA teams will be allowed to convert two-way players contracts into NBA contracts. Along with this, they are all allowed to sign free agents.

Basically, every team, not only the ones headed to Orlando, are allowed to make roster changes and evaluate what they want to do to finish off their season.
Props to Adam Silver for bringing back the season in a way that makes many happy.
