ESPN’s #9 overall prospect in the class of 2020, Greg Brown announced via Instagram that he will be attending the university of Texas next season.
the 5-star recruit reportedly had offers from Auburn, USC, Texas A&M and even had an offer to come and play in the G-league to potentially earn up to 500,000 dollars.
The 5-star recruit will be the last player among the top to commit and will be the only player in the Top 100 headed to Texas.
Brown was a standout this season at Vandegrift high school averaging 26.1 points per game, 13.2 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 3.5 blocks. In his junior season, he was even more impressive putting up 30.1 points per game, 13.5 rebounds, and a staggering 5.4 blocks.
