Mekhi Becton fails NFL Combine Drug Test
Projected top 10 pick and offensive tackle Mekhi Becton may have just hurt his draft stock by failing his NFL Combine drug test. If Becton has no further flagged tests or issues in 60 days, “he will thereafter assume the same status as Players who have never been referred to the Intervention Program.”
With the Draft less than 1 week away this may play a huge factor in if teams decide to pass on Becton but at 6’7 364 lbs and a top-5 ranked player at his positon it seems unlikely he will fall in the draft.
