Cassius Stanley Declares
After having his first college season cut short, Cassius Stanley of Duke University has declared for the NBA draft. Along with many other freshmen, Stanley has chosen to forgo his three remaining years of play and take a chance at the big leagues. After averaging 13 points, 5 rebounds and 1 assist on 48% shooting this season, his game looks like it may be able to transition to the NBA smoothly. Not only does he hone the ability to leap out of gyms, he shot 36% from beyond the three point line. Whether you need him to kick out and shoot or drive and finish, he can do both at a high rate. This will make it hard for NBA defenses to game plan for him. Wherever he winds up, he’ll certainly be a contributing factor to that team and a possible future all-star.
