According to Ian Rapoport the Houston Texans are trading star wideout Deandre Hopkins along with a 4th round pick to the Arizona Cardinals for running back David Johnson, a 2nd round pick, along with a 4th round pick.
This the biggest news so far in the season and the league year is just about to start.
With reports of Hopkins being in trade rumors yesterday it looks like it was true after all.
The 4x pro bowler is considered one of the top receivers in the league recording 1,165 receiving yards and 7 touchdowns. The Texans are now without a star wideout and take on Johnson’s big contract that is worth 3 years $39 million.
