Kyrie Irving was wearing a mask to protect from any hits, because he was recently elbowed by another teammates during pratice 2 weeks ago and was reported with a facial contusion.

Early this morning against the Lakers, Rajon Rondo elbowed Kyrie Irving directly in the face which aggravated his facial injury.
