There will be a lot of big moves this off-season, but the reality that is beginning to set in is that the Los Angeles Lakers won’t be one of those franchises. “Right now they are not a front runner, or even really a major consideration among any of the elite free agents’.” ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski said on SportsCenter.

The only real possibility the Los Angeles Lakers have of landing a star free agent this off-season is through a trade. They are considered to be favorites to land the New Orleans Pelicans star center Anthony Davis.

The Los Angeles Lakers made trade offers just before trade deadline this past regular season to acquire the Davis, but were not able to agree on a deal with the Pelicans.
