Chris Boucher signs with the Raptors

On Sunday, the Toronto Raptors announced that they have signed forward Chris Boucher to a standard NBA contract. Originally, Boucher had signed a two-way player contract with the club in October (2019). Due to the team policy, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Boucher spent 23 games with the Raptors 905 (G League affiliate of the Toronto Raptors), with a stat line average of 27.6 points per game, 11.1 rebounds per game and 4.0 blocks in 33.5 minutes of action. In his G League season he has scored 30+ points on more than nine occasions, including a 42 point December 12 performance against the Oklahoma City Blue. During the month of November (2018). Chris Boucher was awarded with the G League player of the month award with a stat line of 29.6 points and 12.1 rebounds in the nine games of November.

Boucher, now in his second year of his professional basketball career, has played for two NBA teams, featuring a for a single game with the Golden State Warriors as a two-way player before being sent down to the G League to play for the Santa Cruz Warriors (G League affiliate of the Golden State Warriors).
