Luka Dončić NBA All-Star?

We’re all aware of the hype around some of the rookies in the NBA this season. Trae Young, Deandre Ayton, Kevin Knox and more! NBA draft picks have a tremendous amount of pressure by the fans of the NBA to be “NBA ready” the second they enter the league, but most are not. One player however has already proven to not only be an NBA caliber basketball player, but an All-Star. Luka Dončić (who was drafted #3 in the 2018 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks and then traded to the Dallas Mavericks for Trae Young who was the #5 pick in the draft) has been playing at an unbelievably high level. Averaging 17.8 Points, 6.8 Rebounds, 4.5 Assists per game, and shooting 42.8% as a rookie is something that’s making basketball fans take notice. Dončić is being looked at by many as the early Rookie of the Year choice, but I’m convinced he’s an NBA All-Star. His play on the court is far above average and he deserves to be in the conversation with other top NBA players. This guy is definitely someone worth watching for the rest of the season and also the rest of his NBA career, which may be something very special!
