Adam Silver move forward and drop charges.
Back in May, it was reported that a man wrote an email to Adam Silver stating: “If you don’t let me play [in the NBA], I’m going to come up there and kill you with my fucking gun.”

The man turned out to be 27-year-old David Pyant who was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment. Pyant had 13 prior arrests before threatening Silver.

However, good guy Adam Silver has decided to not move forward with the case and instead has dropped all charges. Pyant was facing up to a year in jail. (h/t TMZ)
